Australian Military Bank Ltd in Queensland is seeking a Personal Banker for the Lavarack location to service members with savings, insurances, personal loans and credit cards while promoting digital banking solutions.

You will make outbound calls to new and prospective members, refer mortgage enquiries to our mortgage specialist, and build trust through meaningful conversations with the Defence Community.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail banking sector.
• Tier 2 accreditation preferred.

Your Role

As a Personal Banker, this role will be the first point of contact for our Members to service their everyday banking needs such as taking enquires and processing applications on Saving Account Products, Insurances, Personal loans and Credit cards, while educating our members on digital Banking solutions.

In this role you will be expected but not limited to:

About You

We're looking for bright minds, promoters of digital banking and strong level of numeracy talented individuals to join our team.

• Previous experience in retail banking sector
• Tier 2 accreditation is preferred.
