Job summary

Bendigo Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet customers' end-to-end banking needs. You’ll educate customers on online platforms, recommend products, and help them achieve their financial goals.

In this permanent, part-time role based in Strathpine, QLD, you’ll support lending discussions and contribute to community outcomes while receiving on-the-job training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to achieve sales results through solutions that truly meet customer needs.
• Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone.
• Ability to quickly build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Experience in consumer lending is a plus but not essential.

This is a permanent, part-time position located in Strathpine, QLD. The roster is 67.5 hours per fortnight, Monday to Friday 9.30am to 4.30pm.
