Your role as a Personal Banker (internally: Customer Relationship Officer) is to deliver an exceptional experience by meeting customers' end-to-end banking needs.

Whether you’re assisting customers with inquiries, educating them about our online platforms or recommending products and services that best suit their needs, you’ll value how it feels to make a difference in people’s lives.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver win-win solutions for our bank and our customers by understanding customers’ current and future goals and designing solutions that meet their needs, objectives and interests.
  • Keep up with constant change; educate and support customers with digital literacy and online banking needs as we innovate.
  • Guide customers through personalised lending solutions by exploring tailored personal loans and credit card options.
  • Be a lifelong learner with on-the-job training and other learning opportunities.
  • Build connections by supporting customers, giving back to communities, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

This is a Permanent, Full-time position located in Ellenbrook. There is also a requirement to work at our Bindoon location at times.
