Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:45am-3:30pm working in Coolamon

Tuesday 8:45am-3:30pm working in Ganmain

Salary: $53,147 including super

Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Coolamon and Ganmain Branches. As a Personal Banker, you’ll play a key role in supporting the financial wellbeing of our local community—where relationships matter and every customer interaction counts. You’ll be an advocate for Beyond Bank Australia’s core values and deliver exceptional service that reflects our Customer Ownership Strategy, all while achieving individual performance targets that contribute to the success of our branch and the people we serve.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a local customer owned banking experience to new and existing customers
  • Proactively connect customer needs to Beyond Bank’s offerings through excellent listening skills
  • Manage general enquiries and provide sound advice and information to our customers
  • Contribute to a high achieving team environment with your commitment to success and strong work ethic
  • Manage customer bank accounts, including opening, closing, and overseeing transactions
  • Collaborate with specialists in the business to deliver the best solution for the customer

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be joining the Coolamon and Ganmain Branches, a group of dedicated professionals who work tirelessly to provide exceptional support to our customers. Whether you are working face-to-face, or over the phone, you will be committed to ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience with their banking needs.
