A leading council in Tasmania is looking for a Personal Assistant to support the CEO and Mayor. This part-time role involves managing diaries, coordinating events, and providing administrative support. The position is fixed-term for 6 months with potential for extension, requiring excellent organisational and communication skills.
The Central Coast Council is seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term part-time basis, working Thursday and Friday. This role is for 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
The Personal Assistant will support the CEO and Mayor by performing a range of administrative tasks including diary management, event coordination, administrative support, and handling communications.
Fixed-term part-time position (15 hours per week). Salary range: $38.73 - $41.77 per hour, based on the Central Coast Council’s Enterprise Agreement – Administration Level 3.
