Job summary

Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd is seeking a Storeperson to join the Parts Team in Emerald. This permanent, full-time role runs Monday to Friday and offers a supportive, growth-oriented environment with CAT equipment exposure and a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities include accurate picking, packing, storing and dispatching materials, contributing to stocktakes, and delivering a high standard of customer service while adhering to all policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing, inventory control, freight, logistics or parts operations.
• Forklift license preferred.
• Hose technician qualifications (preferred).
• Strong communication skills with a customer focus.
• Tech-savvy with laptops/tablets and parts systems.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, store and dispatch materials to meet contractual and business requirements.
• Participate in stocktakes, maintenance and improvement activities.
• Adhere to quality policies and systems to support service delivery.
• Provide a high standard of customer service aligned with Hastings Deering's commitments.
• Follow workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
