Job summary

Talent Enterprises in Bayswater, Melbourne VIC is seeking a reliable Warehouse Team Member for a permanent full-time role. You will be on your feet most of the day, picking, packing and dispatching orders, with forklift duties making up 10–15% of the shift.

Applicants must hold a current forklift licence and have previous forklift experience, plus solid warehouse/pick and pack background. The role offers paid overtime daily and a consistent Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00am to 5:00pm.

Qualifications

• Current Forklift Licence – ESSENTIAL
• Previous forklift operating experience – ESSENTIAL
• Previous warehouse / pick and pack experience
• Physically fit and capable of performing an active, manual role
• Available for permanent full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 7:00am-5:00pm
• Available and willing to work the required paid overtime
• Strong work ethic
• Reliable and punctual – we need someone the team can depend on
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive attitude and a great team mentality
• Clear communication and willingness to help others

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately
• Preparing and coordinating orders for dispatch
• Forklift operation - approximately 10-15% of your day
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Manual handling and physical warehouse work
• Assisting with stock control and stocktakes
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse
• Following workplace health and safety procedures
• Helping your teammates during busy periods
