Job summary

JT Automotive in Brendale, Brisbane’s northern suburbs, is seeking a hands-on Mechanic with a proven track record and a can-do attitude. The role requires a Fully Qualified Cert 3 in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology and a commitment to safety in a busy workshop.

You will work as part of a team, diagnose faults, service a range of vehicles from new to older models, and plan workloads with strong time management.

• Fully qualified Cert 3 in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology.

JT Automotive are looking for an individual who displays a ‘can do’ attitude, who can demonstrate a proven track record in a similar role. This role requires a dynamic and experienced Mechanicfor our workshop located in Brendale in Brisbane’s northern suburbs.

What we are looking for:

Fully Qualified Cert 3 in Light Vehicle Mechanical technology

Ability to work in a team environment

High attention to detail

Strong diagnostics and fault-finding skills

Solid work experience repairing and servicing commercial vehicles

Experience with new vehicles and old school cars

Excellent time management skills and ability to plan your workload

Commitment to safety with the ability to work unsupervised

Air Conditioning licence an advantage
