Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten Ashbury Armstrong Creek is a childcare centre in Armstrong Creek, Geelong region, seeking an Assistant Educator for permanent part-time hours. The successful candidate will support room leaders, maintain safe, engaging spaces, and build strong relationships with children and families.

We welcome 1+ year of Early Childhood Education and Care experience, with Working with Children checks, First-Aid, and asthma/anaphylaxis training.

Qualifications

• All levels of Early Childhood Education and Care qualifications are welcome, with at least 1 year of experience within the Early Childhood Sector.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development and ability to support room leaders.

Responsibilities

• Support room leaders in delivering high-quality care and education.
• Lead the room in the absence of the Room Leader to ensure continuity of routines and programming.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment for children.
• Build relationships with children, families and the team.
