Job summary

GKR Transport is seeking a Permanent Solo Driver based in Sydney for interstate linehaul between Sydney and Brisbane. The role involves consistent runs with dedicated depot-to-depot movements and a modern fleet equipped with telematics and fatigue monitoring systems.

You will join an experienced operations team, perform freight paperwork, and maintain compliance with safety regulations while delivering reliable service across routes. Australian citizens or permanent residents are preferred.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted MC Licence required.
• 3+ years interstate experience with multi-trailer.
• Strong load restraint knowledge (including dogs and chains).
• BFM accreditation or willingness to obtain.
• Flexibility to travel interstate.
• Strong safety focus and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Interstate linehaul using tautliner and flat deck combinations.
• Freight and vehicle paperwork.
• Occasional pickups and deliveries.
• Working safely and in accordance with road laws, BFM and fatigue requirements.

Are you an experienced Interstate Linehaul Driver looking for a role with stability, great earning potential, and to be part of a growing business that is a leading interstate express & general freight transport company with offices throughout Australia?

GKR Transport is looking to engage a high-quality Permanent Solo Driver. This role will suit those based in Sydney, travelling between Sydney and Brisbane, depot to depot.

2x trips and 1x changeover Friday night each week.

Ongoing fleet upgrades to Prime Movers & Trailers ensures that GKR Transport operates a modern fleet. Our Prime Movers utilise the latest Telematics & Fatigue monitoring systems.

Key responsibilities include:

• Interstate linehaul using Tautliner and flat deck combinations
