Blacktown City Council invites applications for a full-time Section 7.11 Administrator to support planning, finance and property teams. You will maintain information that underpins contributor plans and help prepare reports to inform decision-making.

You will coordinate agendas/minutes for Section 7.11 committees, manage records, respond to developer inquiries, and assist with policy reviews. This role strengthens infrastructure delivery for the community.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update information that supports Section 7.11 contribution plans.
• Monitor development and financial data.
• Assist with annual reviews and prepare reports that inform decision-making.
• Coordinate agendas and minutes for Section 7.11 committees.
• Maintain records and systems, respond to enquiries from developers and internal stakeholders.
• Support preparation and review of contribution plans and policies.
• Connect growth with delivery of roads, parks, open space and community facilities.
