Qualifications

• Experience in concrete batching or related manufacturing environments.
• Commitment to quality and accuracy in batching.
• Ability to learn batching software systems and follow specifications.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to OH&S procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate batching systems to produce concrete mixes to specification
• Coordinate the scheduling and dispatch of Mini Mix deliveries
• Monitor raw material levels and maintain stock control
• Conduct quality assurance checks and ensure product compliance
• Complete production and delivery documentation accurately
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment
• Liaise with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the plant
