Concrite, part of the Boral Group, is seeking a motivated Batcher for our Canberra Mini Mix operations in Fyshwick. You will be responsible for batching concrete to specification, coordinating with drivers and plant teams, and ensuring safe and efficient production and dispatch.

Qualifications

• Experience in concrete batching or related manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate batching systems to produce concrete mixes to specification
• Coordinate the scheduling and dispatch of Mini Mix deliveries
• Monitor raw material levels and maintain stock control
• Conduct quality assurance checks and ensure product compliance
• Complete production and delivery documentation accurately
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment
• Liaise with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the plant

The Opportunity

As a Batcher, you will play a critical role in the production and dispatch of quality concrete products. Working closely with drivers, customers, and plant teams, you will ensure concrete is batched accurately, safely, and efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate batching systems to produce concrete mixes to specification
• Coordinate the scheduling and dispatch of Mini Mix deliveries
