Job summary

RoadTek in Townsville is seeking a Construction Worker (Supervisor) to lead civil construction and maintenance works across road and transport projects. You will supervise project teams, coordinate resources, and drive safe, efficient delivery from planning through to completion.

You’ll build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, mentor crews, keep project records, and contribute to performance monitoring and continuous improvement on site.

Qualifications

• Experience leading civil construction and maintenance teams.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and on-site coordination.
• Ability to mentor and develop workforce skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervising civil construction and maintenance works across road/transport projects.
• Leading and supporting work crews to achieve project objectives safely and efficiently.
• Coordinating labour, plant and equipment resources to meet delivery requirements.
• Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and project teams.
• Coaching, mentoring and skills development for the crew.
• Maintaining project records and contributing to planning and performance monitoring.
