RoadTek in Townsville is seeking a Construction Worker (Supervisor) to lead civil construction and maintenance works across road and transport projects. You will supervise project teams, coordinate resources, and drive safe, efficient delivery from planning through to completion.

You’ll build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, mentor crews, keep project records, and contribute to performance monitoring and continuous improvement on site.

Lead the delivery of vital road and transport infrastructure projects across North Queensland as a Construction Worker (Supervisor) with RoadTek in Townsville. As a Construction Worker (Supervisor), you'll lead and coordinate civil construction and maintenance activities, supervise project teams, manage resources, and contribute to the successful delivery of road and infrastructure projects from planning through to completion.

You'll work closely with project managers, stakeholders, clients and crews to achieve safe, efficient and high-quality project outcomes.
