Job summary

Montague Farms seeks a hands-on, technically minded team member to join our Grading Operations. You will help keep advanced fruit grading systems running, troubleshoot issues, carry out routine maintenance, and support upgrades to improve quality and throughput.

Qualifications

• Experience in production, packing, grading, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Confident working with equipment, machinery or technical systems.
• Willingness to learn and take a proactive approach.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with Compac or fruit grading equipment is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate fruit grading equipment and systems.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and system checks.
• Assist with equipment upgrades and process improvements.
• Monitor grading performance and report efficiencies.
• Work with suppliers and technical support when required.
• Support production teams to meet quality and throughput targets.
