This role offers a Monday–Friday structure with occasional weekend work, access to state‑of‑the‑art equipment, and supported professional development.

Experience in neurosurgical and orthopaedic scrub/scout nursing is valued, with a strong focus on patient‑centred care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Nurse with AHPRA registration DIV 1.
• Experience working as Scrub Nurse minimum 2 years.
• Demonstrated integration of theoretical knowledge and clinical skills.
• Excellent computer literacy and experience with electronic patient record system.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work within the interdisciplinary team.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise competing workloads in a complex environment.
• Strong commitment to continuing professional development.
