Job summary

Norwest Private Hospital in NSW is seeking a Guest Services Assistant to support perioperative cleaning and patient areas. This full-time role covers 76 hours per fortnight, with shifts across weekdays. You’ll deliver high-quality cleaning, follow infection control standards, and provide friendly service to patients, staff and visitors.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospital cleaning or similar environments.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts across Monday to Friday, including mornings and evenings.
• Ability to work flexible shifts Monday to Friday (including mornings & evenings).
• Desire to contribute to patient care and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality cleaning services across perioperative areas.
• Follow infection control and safety standards.
• Provide friendly, professional service to patients, staff, and visitors.
• Support patient satisfaction by maintaining a clean, comfortable environment.
• Work safely following manual handling and WHS guidelines.
