Job summary

Calvary Health Care is seeking a Theatre Bookings Officer in Adelaide to ensure accurate bookings within the perioperative department. You will coordinate with hospital staff and external contacts to streamline the patient scheduling process.

Key responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, collaborating across departments, and sustaining a productive office environment under high demand. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a team and autonomously.

Qualifications

• Well-developed clerical skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience using a computerised patient management system (IPMs desirable).
• Sound knowledge of medical terminology and health fund validation.
• Ability to plan priorities with high attention to detail.
• Able to work autonomously and in a team.
