Qualifications

• Commitment to Catholic ethos, mission, vision and values of St Therese Catholic Primary School.
• Commitment to child safety and wellbeing and the St Therese Staff Code of Conduct.
• Knowledge and use of evidence-informed practice, including direct and explicit teaching, aligned with the MACS Vision for Instruction.
• Ability to use assessment and data to inform teaching, differentiate learning and maintain high expectations for all students.
• Ability to create calm, positive and engaging learning environments, with an understanding of Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL).
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate positively and effectively with students, colleagues, families and the wider school community.
