Job summary

Prezzee is seeking a Performance Marketing Assistant to support global B2C and B2B campaigns. You will help coordinate paid media, assets, budgets, CMS content, and reporting across markets with the Global team.

Ideal candidate has 1–3 years in digital marketing, CMS publishing, and strong Excel skills, plus attention to detail and familiarity with Jira/Monday. Sydney-based role with hybrid flexibility.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing coordination or similar role.
• Hands-on experience uploading, editing and publishing content through a CMS.
• Experience managing invoices, purchase orders and budget trackers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to check numerical data for accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track campaign tasks in Monday and Jira, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Organise and distribute creative assets, ad copy, and localised collateral to platforms and teams.
• Support development of creative briefs by gathering information and assets.
• Coordinate translation workflows and verify localised assets for international markets.
• Manage purchase orders, invoices and monthly spend trackers; support forecasting and payments.
• Admin contact for media partners and agencies regarding POs, invoices and deadlines.
• Upload and publish website content through the CMS (landing pages, blogs, banners).
• Implement basic on-page SEO updates (metadata, product descriptions, image alt text, internal links).
• Perform quality checks across mobile/desktop to ensure content and promotions display correctly.
• Extract and compile campaign performance data from GA4/Looker to support reporting.

About the role

The Performance Marketing Assistant provides essential operational and campaign support across Prezzee's global B2C and B2B digital marketing channels.

Working closely with the Global Performance Marketing team, this role helps ensure campaigns and day-to-day marketing activities are delivered accurately, efficiently and to a high standard. Key responsibilities include supporting the execution of paid media campaigns, coordinating creative assets, managing purchase orders, invoices and budget trackers, updating website content through the CMS, implementing basic SEO changes, and preparing recurring campaign performance reports

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and track campaign tasks in Monday and Jira, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Organise and distribute creative assets, ad copy and localised collateral to media platforms, agencies and internal teams.
• Support the development of creative and agency briefs by gathering relevant information, references and assets.
• Coordinate translation workflows and verify localised assets for international markets.
• Manage purchase orders, invoices and monthly marketing spend trackers, supporting accurate forecasting and timely payment.
• Act as the administrative contact for media partners and agencies regarding purchase orders, invoices and submission deadlines.
• Upload and publish website content through the CMS, including landing pages, blog articles and promotional banners.
• Implement basic on-page SEO updates, including metadata, product descriptions, image alt text and internal links.
• Conduct quality checks across mobile and desktop to ensure website content, links, formatting and promotions display correctly.
• Extract and compile campaign performance data from platforms such as Google Analytics and Looker, supporting regular reporting and post-campaign reviews.

What we are looking for

• 1-3 years of experience in a digital marketing coordinator, marketing assistant or similar role, ideally within a digital or e-commerce environment.
• Hands-on experience uploading, editing and publishing content through a Content Management System (CMS).
• Experience managing invoices, raising purchase orders and maintaining accurate budget or spend trackers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including data entry, formatting and record management.
• Strong attention to detail, with demonstrated experience in proofreading, quality assurance and checking numerical data for accuracy.

Desirable Skills

• A foundational understanding of key digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid search and social media.
• Familiarity with analytics and reporting platforms such as GA4 or Looker.
• Experience using project or workflow management tools such as Jira or Monday.com.
