Job summary

JSHealth Vitamins is seeking a hands-on Performance Content Producer to craft high-impact content for paid social and campaigns, briefing designers, editing, publishing and testing content daily. You’ll use performance data to refine what works and scale it across channels.

You will analyse engagement, CTR and ROAS, run A/B tests and manage a weekly content calendar. 2–4 years in performance marketing with CapCut/Canva experience preferred, based in Sydney with Double Bay office.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience creating and optimising content in a performance marketing, wellness, beauty or e-commerce environment.
• Strong hands-on content creation and editing skills — comfortable with CapCut, Canva or similar tools.
• Good working knowledge of paid social and digital platforms (Meta, TikTok, Instagram).
• Comfortable reading campaign data and drawing practical conclusions.
• Strong copywriting instincts and an eye for what makes content convert.
• Well organised, with experience using project management tools (Asana, Google Sheets) to manage a high volume of content end to end.
• A fast, proactive attitude — happy to turn content around quickly and iterate based on results.

Responsibilities

• Create and produce content across Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), Marketing & Performance Marketing Assets.
• Edit social-first content (typically UGC) using tools such as CapCut or Canva, working quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Brief and work closely with our in-house designers and copywriters to get content produced and out the door on a weekly cadence.
• Maintain JSHealth's brand continuity and tone of voice across all content output.
• Work closely with the Paid Media Manager to monitor performance across paid content channels day-to-day and flag what's working and what isn't.
• Analyse key campaign metrics (engagement, conversion, CTR, ROAS) and turn those insights into more content of what's performing — doubling down on winning formats, hooks and creative angles.
• Run and action A/B tests on creatives to keep improving performance.
• Manage and keep the paid content calendar up to date, ensuring timely execution.
• Provide regular, simple reporting on content performance, engagement rates and conversion metrics to the wider team.
• Keep an eye on industry trends and competitor content to bring fresh ideas to the table.
