You will coordinate projects, develop governance artefacts, and support HR systems. The ideal candidate has a degree in a relevant field and experience with HR tools. The People Systems Project & Governance Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating People Systems projects, embedding strong governance practices, and driving process improvement across HR Services, HR Systems, and Payroll. From supporting releases to leading process mapping workshops and partnering with stakeholders, you’ll help ensure our people systems operate seamlessly to support the business.
