Job summary

Blacktown City Council is seeking a Human Resource Officer to support managers, employees and candidates across the Council. You will coordinate recruitment activities, manage employment documentation and respond to enquiries on recruitment, employee relations, policies and procedures.

You will monitor enquiries through Council's HR systems, provide advice to staff and managers, and assist with workforce planning, employee development and recruitment events.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating recruitment campaigns and managing employment documentation.
• Ability to respond to enquiries on recruitment, employee relations, policies and procedures.
• Experience supporting workforce planning and recruitment events.
