Job summary

Silicon Quantum Computing in Sydney, NSW, is seeking a People Operations Partner to help build a world‑leading people function. As a systems builder, you will own HR end‑to‑end and scale operations across a deeply technical organisation.

You will redesign processes with AI, write practical policies, guide onboarding and relocations, and lead people insights to improve how we work. This role rewards accountability and a hands‑on approach in a fast‑moving research environment.

Qualifications

• A genuine all-rounder with HRBP experience and a systems mindset.
• Experience running onboarding end-to-end and mobility programs.
• Ability to design AI-enabled workflows and write practical policies.
• Comfortable operating in deeply technical organisations with high accountability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and staff across the full range of people matters.
• Redesign manual processes and workflows, including with AI, to remove friction.
• Write clear, practical policy from scratch and keep it useful.
• Run onboarding and support relocations and mobility so both feel seamless.
• Lead people intelligence and reporting work that sharpens how the function operates.
• Integrate and improve the systems the people function runs on as we scale.
• Design and run culture and engagement initiatives.
