Your Opportunity

As a People & Inclusion Business Partner, you will:

  • Lead with Impact: With a deep understanding of the business, Partner with a portfolio of 400+ employees/Partners, including senior leaders, to deliver people strategies that drive inclusion and foster a high-performing culture.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Provide pragmatic, high-quality advice on people, inclusion, and culture, underpinned by a deep understanding of legislation, best practices, and KPMG’s policies.
  • Drive Change: Manage complex employee relations and wellbeing matters while proactively supporting employees and leadership teams.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work seamlessly across the People & Inclusion team and Centres of Excellence to deliver integrated services.
  • Lead Strategic Projects: Take ownership of significant initiatives such as restructures, mergers, and cyclical activities like Workforce Planning, Talent Reviews, Promotions, and Engagement Action Planning.
  • Empower Decision-Making with Data: Use advanced technology and data insights to inform people decisions and identify trends for continuous improvement.
  • Coach and Influence: Guide leaders to build inclusive, high-performing teams and foster wellbeing and psychological safety.

We’re seeking a dynamic Business Partner with:

  • Strong Business and Commercial acumen: Ability to develop a deep understanding of the business, its strategy and the markets in which it operates.
  • Strong Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to influence and collaborate effectively.
  • Coaching and Advisory Expertise: A proven ability to deliver collaborative solutions and coach leaders through complex challenges.
  • Project Management Excellence: Experience in managing large-scale projects and initiatives with autonomy and adaptability.
  • Commitment to Inclusion: A passion for fostering a safe, inclusive, and equitable workplace where everyone thrives.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Confidence in using technology including AI and data to drive insights and inform decisions.
  • Strategic workforce planning and/or strong Organisational Design and Restructuring experience a plus.
