Job summary

Cricket NSW is seeking a People professional to lead the employee experience for our casual workforce delivering community cricket programs. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training and retention initiatives to elevate the casuals experience across NSW.

You'll work in a collaborative, values-driven environment, driving adoption of new rostering systems and partnering with the People Team on key projects, while ensuring compliance with fairness

Qualifications

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Previous experience working in Human Resources.
  • General knowledge of HR and fair work requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Exceptional at building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to think creatively and identify improving experiences and processes.

Responsibilities

Cricket NSW (CNSW) is focused on leading and growing the game throughout the state. We oversee all cricket from elite professional teams to community, school, and social cricket programs. As a purpose and people led organisation, CNSW aims to inspire everyone to play and love cricket.
