Agilitus is seeking a People & Culture Lead to join our Perth-based team, acting as the operational 2IC to the P&C Manager. Lead a small P&C team and partner with senior leaders to shape the function during a growth phase.

Ideal candidate has 7+ years HR experience, strong employee relations skills, and a pragmatic, hands-on approach to drive operational excellence across all P&C activities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Human Resources or People & Culture generalist role.
• Experience leading, mentoring and developing a small P&C team.
• Strong employee relations capability including investigations and workplace issues.
• Solid understanding of Australian employment legislation and modern awards.
• Experience partnering with leaders to navigate people challenges.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience driving operational excellence across P&C functions.
• Confident communication and ability to build relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day P&C operations across the full employee lifecycle.
• Coach and develop the P&C team and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Partner with senior leaders to advise on employee relations and legislation.
• Oversee onboarding, changes, promotions, remuneration, and offboarding processes.
• Support workforce planning, talent management and succession activities.
• Drive continuous improvement of P&C systems, processes and reporting.
• Monitor compliance with employment laws, awards and policies.
• Analyse people data to provide insights to leadership.
• Contribute to ongoing evolution of the P&C function as the business grows.
