What You’ll Achieve

  • Leading Employee & Industrial Relations: Solve complex challenges, conduct workplace investigations, and ensure compliance with Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
  • Empowering Leaders: Coach and support managers to foster high-performing, accountable teams.
  • Driving Cultural Excellence: Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Optimising Workforce Planning: Help leaders build and retain talent while achieving resource efficiency.
  • Innovating Through Change: Implement impactful change programs and collaborate on company-wide P&C initiatives.

With a client group of 300 people, you’ll work closely with Centres of Excellence to deliver tailored HR solutions.

What We’re Looking For

You’re an HR professional who thrives in dynamic environments and brings:

  • 8–10 years of HR experience, specialising in employee and industrial relations across multi-site environments.
  • Demonstrated success in resolving complex employee relations matters and conducting thorough workplace investigations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of employment legislation, Awards, and Enterprise Agreements.
  • Strong ability to coach and influence leaders to foster accountability and performance.
  • Passionate about building inclusive, high-performing workplace cultures.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, IR, or a related field (highly desirable).
