Job description

A famous Melbourne based company, are seeking a well rounded, diverse and ER strong People & Culture Business Partner to join their expanding team. This is a permanent opportunity.

This P&C BP position will enable sustainable business performance through strong business and people partnering across the organisation. This role will contribute to the creation and delivery of an aligned People strategy and successful delivery of people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build influential relationships with leaders to drive positive employee and business outcomes.
  • Deliver on the People Plan, supporting change initiatives, organisation design, and transformation projects.
  • Partner with leaders on annual people activities including performance management, remuneration reviews, and talent development.
  • Provide high-level advice and hands-on support in ER/IR matters including investigations, grievances and performance issues.
  • Coach leaders to strengthen people leadership capability and deliver effective employee engagement plans.
  • Collaborate with Centres of Expertise (e.g., Workplace Relations, Remuneration & Benefits, L&D, Diversity & Inclusion) to deliver integrated outcomes.
About You
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR/IR or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated business partnering experience across a large, complex, corporate environment.
  • Strong ER/IR expertise with a track record of resolving complex employee relations matters.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and coach leaders through transformation and change.
  • Broad HR generalist knowledge across talent, succession, engagement, performance, remuneration, and organisational design.
  • A collaborative and pragmatic style, with strong problem-solving skills and commercial acumen.
