You’ll coach and empower leaders to grow, drive engagement and wellbeing initiatives, and provide trusted guidance on people matters. How you will add value:

People & Culture Business Partnering

  • Partner with leaders to coach, guide and support them on people matters
  • Assist in ad-hoc team HR projects as required
  • Attend and contribute to department meetings, providing tailored people insights and solutions
  • Conduct monthly 1:1s with leaders, offering coaching on performance, retention, policy and conflict resolution
  • Manage initiatives in performance, succession planning, engagement, reward & recognition, wellbeing and employer branding
  • Support employee relations issues with professionalism under P&C Manager guidance
  • Contribute to Leadership & Talent Review sessions and follow through on agreed initiatives
  • Handle matters with confidentiality and professionalism at all times

P&C Processes

  • Respond to and escalate P&C queries, providing clear advice in line with policies
  • Manage P&C administration across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, offboarding)
  • Keep people data, HRIS and employee files accurate and up to date
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment as required
  • Collaborate with Payroll to ensure accurate records of starters, leavers and changes
  • Support employees with Visa and PR applications

Talent Development

  • Work with leaders and Talent Development to identify capability needs and recommend training
  • Guide employees and managers on learning opportunities, including leadership programs
  • Maintain and update Aspire guides relevant to your departments

About you:

  • Experience as a P&C Business Partner or Advisor in a medium-sized business
  • A degree in HR or a related field
  • Confidence using HR systems, HRIS and intranet tools (Confluence a plus)
  • Strong skills in Google Suite (Sheets & Docs especially)
  • Ability to translate data into meaningful people insights
  • A collaborative approach with a passion for enabling leaders and teams to thrive
