Geosurv in Sydney is growing and seeks a hands-on People & Culture Advisor to support the employee lifecycle across the business. You will work with managers and staff, balancing employee relations, performance management, recruitment support, HR systems and general people operations.

Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you will own day-to-day P&C activities, drive process improvements and help Geosurv scale during this growth phase.

Competenze

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Generalist and ability to take ownership of P&C matters.
• Experience in construction, energy, infrastructure or building sectors.
• Strong integrity, proactive approach and excellent communication.

Mansioni

• Provide advice and support on employee matters, performance concerns, disciplinary processes and workplace issues.
• Coordinate probation reviews, performance discussions, development plans and documentation.
• Oversee onboarding, inductions, changes and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support HRIS improvements.
• Assist Talent Acquisition with offers, pre-employment requirements and new-starter readiness.
• Support compliance with employment legislation, policies and internal procedures.
• Assist with visa documentation and liaise with migration specialists.
• Coordinate employee initiatives, events and internal communications.
• First point of contact for general P&C queries and guidance.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and the employee experience.
