Job summary

Southern Downs Regional Council in Warwick, QLD is seeking a People and Culture Advisor (Recruitment) to support hiring managers through end-to-end recruitment and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The role is permanent, full-time, with a 72.5-hour fortnight and a 9-day fortnight structure.

Payroll details show pay levels per fortnight and superannuation; the position is based in Warwick with benefits to health, leave loading, and ongoing professional development.

Southern Downs Regional Council – Warwick QLD

Join our People and Culture team and play a key role in attracting and securing great candidates for Council. From Assisting hiring managers through the end to end recruitment process and deliver an exceptional candidate experience while helping attract a capable workforce that makes a difference in our community.

STATUS:

Permanent, Full-time

HOURS OF WORK:

72.5 hours per fortnight | 9-day fortnight | 8:00am – 5:00pm

PAY LEVEL:

$2866.59 - $3334.61 per fortnight (Level 2 - 3)

Plus 12% Superannuation and 17.5% Annual Leave Loading in accordance with Council’s Enterprise Agreement and the relevant Award.

Pay rate dependant on relevant skills and experience.

EMPLOYMENT BASE:

Warwick, Queensland

MANDATORY LICENCES & QUALIFICATIONS

• A Class C (car) licence or greater is required in this role.
• Highly developed verbal, written and interpersonal skills including the ability to build effective working relationships with employees at all levels across the organisation.
• Demonstrated experience to adhere to dedicated processes and policies thereby delivering best practice recruitment and selection outcomes.
• The ability to prioritise tasks against tight deadlines.
