Job summary

Diageo Australia is seeking an enterprise lead for People Advisory to provide legally aligned HR advice, own ER/IR case management and drive policy governance across the Australian business. The role focuses on manager capability, transformation projects and improving people experience within a global organisation.

You will partner with Legal, Supply and HRBPs to ensure compliant practices, support complex employee matters and deliver priority projects that optimise performance and workforce

Qualifications

• Demonstrated HR advisory and generalist experience with strong ER/IR capability.
• Strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation, Awards, EBA environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical advice to managers on complex people matters including performance, conduct, absence, grievances and exits.
• Own and project manage ER/IR cases, investigations and complex employee matters end-to-end.
• Develop and govern local People & Culture policies, guidelines and manager tools to meet legal requirements.
• Coordinate EBA, union engagement, Award interpretation and IR activity with Legal and HR leaders.
• Lead priority HR projects and process transformation to improve employee and manager experience.
