Job summary

Early Start Australia Pty is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist for our East Victoria Park clinic in WA. You will deliver evidence-based therapy across clinic, home, school and community contexts, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to support children and families.

Qualifications

• OT qualification and registration with AHPRA.
• NDIS worker screening and Working with Children checks required.
• Current driver’s licence and vehicle.
• National Police Check and Accredited First Aid certificate.
• State Working with Children Check or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and complete client assessments with tailored therapy plans.
• Manage a caseload including complex cases using a case-management approach.
• Develop, implement, evaluate, and adjust therapy programs aligned to client goals.
• Deliver therapy services across clinic, home, school and community settings.
• Collaborate with allied health team to achieve optimal client outcomes.
• Develop and deliver group therapy and parent workshops.
