Early Start Australia is expanding its allied health team to support children, young people, and families across Australia. You will deliver multidisciplinary therapy services in clinic, home, school, and community settings, with a focus on tailored programs, progress reviews, and close collaboration with other professionals.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated experience in solution‑focused therapy and early intervention.
• Understanding and supporting the principles of individualised services including adapting services to meet needs
• Engaging with a range of children, families and external stakeholders
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Observational and report-writing skills
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and autonomously in the community

Aufgaben

• Identify and complete assessments appropriate for each client
• Manage a discipline-specific caseload, including complex clients, using a case management approach
• Contribute to the selection and maintenance of assessment and therapy resources
• Develop, implement, evaluate, and adjust tailored therapy programs aligned to client goals
• Deliver services across clinic, home, school, and community settings as required
• Collaborate with allied health team members to achieve optimal client outcomes
• Develop and deliver specialised programs such as group therapy and parent workshops
• Maintain adherence to privacy and confidentiality requirements
• Ensure practice aligns with best practice and contribute to service improvement
• Record treatment notes and activities in PMS within 24 hours of sessions
• Provide timely reports to stakeholders (clients, families, health professionals, NDIA)
• Ensure reports and correspondence meet ESA standards
• Report and document client incidents or complaints in appropriate systems
• Align therapy plans with available funding and funding types
• Obtain and review NDIS plans to inform therapy planning
• Provide accurate information to support invoicing of client-related services
• Participate in team meetings, peer reviews, and case discussions
• Maintain accurate records per organisational processes and manager direction
• Utilise PD opportunities to build role-relevant skills
• Comply with WHS, child safety, cultural competence policies
