Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications.
• AHPRA registration or eligibility.
• Commitment to family-centred practice and neurodiversity.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with families, early childhood education and schools.
• Access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.
• Working with Children Check and NDIS worker screening.
• Experience with children with disabilities in home/community settings.
• Familiarity with the Sydney service landscape.
• Second language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver family-centred support to children and families.
• Work across home visits, educational settings, and community venues.
• Collaborate with a transdisciplinary team including therapists and educators.
• Develop and conduct parent workshops and resources.
• Maintain clear documentation and follow-up with families.
