Woolworths Group is seeking friendly Team Members to support in-store operations across our NSW stores. You’ll greet customers, stock shelves, assist online order pickups and help create a welcoming shopping experience.

Casual shifts vary during peak periods, offering flexible hours to fit study or other commitments. You’ll work as part of a supportive team, learn about fresh food, and be the friendly face customers remember as they leave with their groceries.

Responsabilités

• Greet, acknowledge, show care and thank our customers.
• Stick to policies to keep ourselves, each other and our customers safe including reporting hazards.
• Help our customers by answering questions or guiding to products throughout their shopping journey.
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked and tidy for a fast and easy shopping journey.
• Shop for our online customers, ensuring they receive what they need.
• Be part of a team, working together, supporting each other and taking pride in what it means to be a Fresh Food Person.

About the role

Our Team Members are the face of Woolies and bring to life everyday what we are famous for, our friendly service.

Working throughout the store, our Team Members do a variety of tasks from getting our stock on shelves, putting our fresh Fruit and Veg on display, to picking orders for our online customers and finally being the last friendly face our customers see as they leave our store with their shopping.

Our casual roles are focused on supporting our teams and stores during busy peak trading periods, which means hours may vary and there is no guarantee of ongoing work, making them perfect for those seeking flexible, high-energy opportunities!
