Job summary

Woolworths Group is seeking Team Members to be the friendly face in stores, assisting customers and supporting daily operations with a high-energy approach.

You’ll work across the store, from stocking shelves to picking online orders, and you’ll be part of a team that values care, safety and exceptional service during peak trading periods.

• Help customers by answering questions or guiding them to products during their shopping journey.
• Ensure shelves are stocked and tidy for a fast, easy shopping experience.
• Shop for our online customers and ensure they receive what they need.

About the role

Our Team Members are the face of Woolies and bring to life everyday what we are famous for, our friendly service.

Working throughout the store, our Team Members do a variety of tasks from getting our stock on shelves, putting our fresh Fruit and Veg on display, to picking orders for our online customers and finally being the last friendly face our customers see as they leave our store with their shopping.

Our casual roles are focused on supporting our teams and stores during busy peak trading periods, which means hours may vary and there is no guarantee of ongoing work, making them perfect for those seeking flexible, high-energy opportunities!

What you'll do
