Job summary

Berwick College, operated by the Department of Education Victoria, seeks a Physical Education / Health / VCE VM Teacher to deliver engaging programs for Year 7-12 students. Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of the relevant curriculum and ability to integrate literacy and numeracy skills.
• Experience planning and implementing high-impact teaching strategies and evaluating learning growth.
• Experience monitoring and assessing student learning and using data to inform teaching.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, parents and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Direct teaching of Physical Education, Health, and VCE VM subjects as assigned.
• Contribute to development, implementation and evaluation of curriculum programs.
• Participate in parent/teacher meetings, staff meetings and school activities.
• Undertake non-teaching supervisory duties as required.
