Bolton Clarke in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs is seeking a Team Leader to direct Personal Care Workers delivering in‑home services across multiple sites.

You will recruit, coach and supervise staff, ensure safety and compliance, and collaborate with Service Team Manager and Operations to optimise care delivery. The role emphasizes person‑centred practice, strong communication, and cross‑functional teamwork in a not‑for‑profit aged care organisation.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or currently studying Diploma/Bachelor Nursing with clinical placement.
• Administer and Monitor Medications (HLTHPF007) and/or Dementia/ CHCAGE005 training as prescribed.
• Leadership experience in aged care is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Person-Centered Practice and care quality frameworks.

Bolton Clarke Residential group now has 87 Aged Care Homes across QLD, NSW, VIC, SA & WA, with the inclusion of the Allity, McKenzie & Acacia Living Group. ## About the RoleAs the Personal Care Worker Team Leader, you will direct and lead a team of Personal Care Workers and ensure they deliver high-quality care to Bolton Clarke customers in their homes. You will oversee a region of Personal Care Workers, serve as a point of contact for resolving operational issues and mentor, coach, and direct the team to deliver exceptional customer service for At Home Support customers across multiple sites. You will collaborate with Service Team Manager, Local Area Managers and Operations Team Leader to optimise operational systems and process and build connections within the aged care sector.
