Asuria People Services Pty Ltd – Chatswood NSW is seeking an experienced Payroll Lead to manage end-to-end payroll across multiple entities in a fast-paced environment. This full-time role requires strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and the ability to deliver accurate processing and timely reporting.

You will lead a payroll team, ensure deadlines are met, support audits and collaborate with the P&C team on personnel movements. On-site role in Chatswood, NSW.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years of end-to-end payroll experience in a mid-to-large organization.
• Experience leading or supervising a payroll team.
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, awards and employment conditions.
• Hands-on payroll processing with attention to detail.
• Experience with fortnightly payrolls, PAYG, Payroll Tax, Workcover and superannuation.

Aufgaben

• Perform and oversee end-to-end payroll for multiple entities.
• Partner with P&C on onboarding and terminations.
• Escalate compliance, financial, or operational risks to the Financial Controller.
• Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on deadlines.
• Plan workloads to meet deadlines and service levels.
• Prepare and lodge quarterly returns with state authorities.
• Process superannuation payments as required.
• Support internal and external payroll audits and respond to audit needs.
