The Payroll Agency has partnered with a retail organisation in the recruitment of a new Team Lead to join the team on a permanent basis!

Due to some additional workload such as a large system implementation project, the Payroll Manager is needing a strong Team Lead to come in and take some of the workload off.

This business is relatively large and their payroll is fast-paced but they have the best culture and team.

Your duties will include:

• Day to day management of a medium sized team
• Checking all payroll to ensure correctness
• Calculating the tax, super, and other statutory deductions
• Stepping in to process payroll end to end when necessary
• Supporting the Manager with any project work

In order to be considered please ensure:

• You have led medium sized teams previously
• Can go into Sydney CBD offices at least 3 times a week
• Have processed end to end payroll previously
