Responsibilities

• Accurate end-to-end payroll processing.
• Deductions and allowances including leave entitlements, terminations, redundancies, parental leave, and adjustments per statutory rules.
• Provide Award and EBA interpretation and advice.
• Monitor data in Time & Attendance system.
• Process month-end and assist with year-end requirements including superannuation and payroll tax.
• Ad hoc payroll support as required by the National Payroll Manager.
