Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain payroll systems, employee records, and payroll master data.
• Process new hires, terminations, payroll adjustments, bonuses, and commissions.
• Maintain and update payroll records, data integrity and confidentiality.
• Interpret and apply enterprise agreements, awards, and employment contracts.
• Manage payroll queries and provide timely support to staff and stakeholders.
• Reconcile payroll reports, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Support payroll compliance with Australian taxation, superannuation, and reporting obligations.
• Assist with payroll audits, reporting, and year-end processes.
