About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on Payroll Specialist to help deliver accurate, efficient, and compliant payroll services across Australia and New Zealand. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement, you’ll play a key role in supporting BAU activities, troubleshooting issues, and identifying ways to enhance payroll processes.
Note: This is a 12-month fixed-term contract
Process weekly and monthly payrolls across Australia and New Zealand
Respond to payroll-related queries and provide accurate guidance to employees
Ensure compliance through accurate reconciliations, audits, and reporting
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve payroll issues
Support process improvements across SAP, Oracle HCM, Kronos, and Celergo
About you
You’re a detail-oriented payroll professional with a strong understanding of compliance and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You’re known for your accuracy, communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in end-to-end payroll processing
Confident in interpreting complex EA and Award provisions
Proficient in SAP, Celergo, Oracle HCM, and Kronos (or similar)
Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Clear communicator with an adaptable, solutions-focused mindset
