Banyule City Council is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to administer end-to-end payroll and support employees across the organisation. This hands-on role involves processing timesheets, ensuring compliance with legislation and enterprise agreements, and leading small process improvements with the Payroll team.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist with experience in administering end-to-end payroll. This is a great opportunity to work in a team focused on continuous improvement and supporting employees across the organisation.
This role will commence ASAP to cover a colleague on secondment and is a great opportunity to work in a hands-on payroll processing role and lead process enhancements, work across departments, and contribute to meaningful community outcomes.
Reporting to the Payroll Team Leader, you will play a key role in Council’s payroll operations, responsible for day-to-day payroll processing to ensure compliance with legislation and enterprise agreements.
