ELMO Software Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking a Payroll Project Coordinator to oversee project information, actions, dependencies, risks and communications across partners, customers and internal teams. You will help maintain delivery visibility and momentum while applying ELMO’s methodologies and tools.

You’ll coordinate across Services, Product, Support, Sales and Customer Success, clarify ownership and timeframes, and follow up actions.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating payroll, workforce management, HR tech, SaaS, or business transformation projects.
• Experience working across multiple organisations, vendors, or partners.
• Knowledge of milestone tracking, risk/issue management, dependencies, and status reporting.
• Strong relationship, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify risks early and coordinate actions across teams.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with project management tools and maintaining project documentation.
• Customer- and partner-focused with strong ownership.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate projects from initiation through go-live and hypercare.
• Maintain accurate project plans, milestones, dependencies, decisions, actions, risks and issues.
• Prepare concise status updates covering progress and risks.
• Coordinate communications between partners, customers and ELMO teams.

• Support partners with methodologies, templates and governance.
• Raise or coordinate tickets and track to outcome.
• Capture lessons learned to improve delivery.

Job Description

About the role...

As Payroll Project Coordinator, you’ll coordinate project information, actions, dependencies, risks and communications across partners, customers and internal teams. You’ll help maintain delivery visibility and momentum, support the use of ELMO’s methodologies and tools, and ensure issues are documented, followed up and escalated appropriately.

What you’ll do

• Support projects from initiation and planning through configuration, testing, go-live and hypercare.
• Maintain accurate project plans, scope, milestones, dependencies, decisions, actions, risks and issues.
• Prepare concise status updates covering progress, risks, decisions and support required.
• Coordinate communication between partners, customers and ELMO teams across Services, Product, Support, Sales and Customer Success.
• Clarify ownership, next steps and timeframes, and follow up agreed actions.
• Support partners with implementation methodologies, templates, playbooks, tools and governance requirements.
• Raise or coordinate tickets and track them through to an outcome, update or escalation.
• Capture recurring risks, lessons learned and partner feedback to improve scalable delivery.

• Experience using project management tools and maintaining accurate project documentation.
