Job summary

Talent in Sydney is seeking a Payroll Officer to join a health and community sector team in Macquarie Park. You will perform end-to-end payroll using Micropay, support time and attendance via Humanforce, and handle payroll queries and reporting across multiple entities.

The role requires hands-on Micropay experience, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Flexible hours outside pay weeks are available, with an hourly rate of 45–55 AUD plus super.

We're partnering with a leading organisation in the health and community sector who are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join their supportive team in Macquarie Park.

They're looking for strong payroll professionals who can hit the ground running - particularly those with hands-on Micropay experience.

The Opportunity

You’ll join a close-knit payroll team of nine, working closely with the team to ensure seamless payroll delivery across multiple entities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• End-to-end payroll processing using Micropay (essential)
• Support time and attendance data via Humanforce (training provided).
• Assist with payroll queries, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Ensure accuracy across multiple payroll cycles and entities.

About You
