Job description

JoinFlavorite, one of Australia’s leading producers of premium glasshouse-grown produce, as a Payroll Officer working on-site. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll across our growing team.

We are looking for a Payroll Officer to work on a Part-Time basis on Mondays and Tuesdays at our Ravenhall office.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Process fortnightly and ad-hoc payrolls for approx. 150 employees
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding in payroll systems
  • Ensure compliance with awards, tax, superannuation, and payroll regulations
  • Resolve payroll-related queries with accuracy and care
  • Assist with monthly and EOFY reporting (Super, WorkCover, Payroll Tax)
  • Support broader payroll and finance functions

What You’ll Bring

  • Payroll experience, with strong award interpretation skills
  • Solid understanding of payroll compliance and superannuation
  • Experience with HR3 payroll system (highly regarded)
  • Horticulture/agriculture experience (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication, accuracy, and a team-first attitude
